I received a call from 714-584-8764, and found myself talking to an Afghani, Pakastani, Iraqi, or Iranian, named "Steven Smith", and after 5 minutes of not not being able to understand "Stevens" broken english, and what he was trying to say, I barely able to realize that he was informing me that I had a lawsuit filed against my name, and I needed to talk to his attorney, "Dexter Cruz". So "Steven Smith" gave me Dexters number and extension, 916-415-8706 ext. 359.

I proceeded to call "Dexter Cruz", thinking I would next be talking to someone I could understand, but my hopes were quickly dashed when again I found myself again talking to an Afghani, Pakastani, Iraqi, or Iranian. After we began our conversation, I asked Dexter what I was being sued for and in broken English, I was able to make out that the lawsuit was for a payday loan from Cash Advance USA.

I asked "Dexter" how much the check was written for on the loan, and where was the check written at, and amazingly "Dexter" didn't know the answer! All "Dexter" could tell was that he could have the Police at my house to arrest me within the hour, unless, I came up with $450.00 in the next half hour, and called him back.

"Dexter" said he didn't care that I was a Medically Retired Marine, rated at 100% by the VA for my injuries, and that I only get paid on the 1st of the Month. He also didn't care that my wife is 9 months pregnant with my son, and the stress he was causing her, was doing major harm to both her, and the baby.

All "Dexter" cared about was getting the money I supposedly owed to Cash Advance USA. Well Thank the good Lord above I have a brother who works has worked on the Police force for the last decade, so I called him. He proceeded to tell me that it was a scam, and if I did owe such money, it was a civil matter, and Police wouldn't come to my house at any point and time.

So to you honest, and hard working, Americans who read this; if you ever get a call like this one, tell "Steve" and "Dexter" they know where they can put it, and don't buy any of their BS.
