Atv Discounter - frontier Imports sent order to Pennsylvania then to Delaware I recieved shipment of scooter without keys it has been almost a month and still no keys I have called & called emailed them many times still no keys or lock replacement Dallas Texas
I ordered and paid for a 50cc scooter to be delivered to West Virginia, first they sent it to Pennsylvania, then they sent it to Delaware. When I called a recording said they changed there policy I had to fill out a lot of papers then I recieved an email stating I would recieve a phone call in 3 days. No phone calls came, so I called an emailed, called an emailed. finally I got a salesperson who seemed to be helpfull.
Finally the scooter came. But no keys it was 4 more days before I could talk to someone they said they would send keys you guessed it no keys I kept calling & calling so they said we will send you new locks & keys yea no locks no kets its been about a month and all I get from atv discounter is a lot of lies. So beware of this company.
