I purchased the bike from the company May 2 and I'm not able to ride it. My headlights do not work. I spoke to your repair department; they referred me to the bike manufacturer, Sunl, as they could not resolve the issue. I contacted the manufacturer and still have not had any success. I still cannot ride the bike, because I do not have the right BOS, or Title. The Company has sent out THREE wrong titles.

I have not received the credit for the am/fm radio/mp3 player. I have not received the trunk I ordered. I also have not received the helmet or credit for express delivery. It has now been over 75 days, and I have a bike that I cannot ride. As well as company that will not return or take my calls.

In the passed 70 days I have spoken to Rob Grove, Nathan Robinson, Eric Pierce, Trisha Barling, and Rachel Pierson. There are about five others, but I cannot find their names right now. I also spoke to their General Manger, Something Barling. All I wanted to do was buy a scooter. Excuse me, all I wanted was to buy a working scooter and get everything I paid for. Not get the run around.
