I originally purchased what I was led to believe by Atv Discounters.com's website was a Rocketa SC29 150cc Scooter that showed having a rear trunk, FM radio and other attractive features for a great price.
What was delivered was a SUNL 150 scooter with no trunk or radio.

Ok, This began in April of 2008. Thus began the ordeal of many emails, phone call attempts, and several of the website warranty ticket submissions to get the trunk.

Since their web page proclaims that their number one mission is customer satisfaction, One would hope to get some support of action with problems.
I have been unable to get missing parts,
I have been unable to get defective parts replaced,
I cannot now get the thing to run.
It has 26 miles on it.

The battery went dead the first day after delivery.
Their so-called warranty procedure appears to be fake as I have spoke to a Patricia once, and a Jeremy once both promising to send out the broken seat latch cable and missing trunk with neither doing so.
Their web page looks great but does not do anything other than sucker people into buying the defective crap you have sold.

The variety of negative Ebay feedback reply's all point to the same lack of CUSTOMER service.

But I guess their plan was this all along. Just get the money...

So pretend to provide customer satisfaction and continue to sell

So as of 9/9/2008, they are supposedly sending a rear trunk finally. I'll believe it when I see it arrive.
I replaced the battery, eliminated the electric fuel shut off valve on the carburetor and the thing runs fine now. All of which with no help from Doug Dahle or the Barlings.

Whatever their intentions, If they truly are trying to provide any kind of customer satisfaction, it should NOT take 4 months to get anything resolved.
Just my opinion.

To be fair, I have to report that S. Barling, whichever one she is of the group, finally sent a rear trunk. For whatever reason this was finally done, I am grateful.
