On March 20th 2006 I submitted an online order for an electric scooter via (what I assumed to be) SUNL Motorsports' website: http://www.atvchopperscooters.com
I subsequently cancelled the order prior to it shipping and have spent the last month trying to get my money back from this company. I have called them, I have emailed them, I have reported them to the Dallas Better Business Bureau and I get excuses like "the person who can authorize your refund is currently out of the country" ooookkk. For an ENTIRE MONTH?? And they're the ONLY person who can authorize a refund??
Buyer Beware. If you submit an order through www.atvchopperscooters.com, you will receive a receipt that indicates SUNL Motorsports, 13860 N. Stemmons Frwy Farmers Branch, TX 75234 972-247-7865, but when you call this location, they say they are a "Retail" store and do not SELL online!
Your credit card will be debited by DHM Trading Company in California, and they will also deny any information about your order.
