AYRPR Au Yeong Read and Associates is unprofessional and does not follow through with their contracts.

Represented by Sara Au Yeong and Alicia Read, these are two clueless business people who would rather fight, rant on about their accomplishments, and be defensive, than work out contract details to the best interests of both parties.

This company represents: 100% Pure - puritycosmetics.com
Alison Raffaele - alisonraffaele.com
Cake Beauty - cakebeauty.com
Fresh Scents by Terri - freshscentsterri.com
Hamadi Beauty - hamadibeauty.com

Just Kittyng - justkittyng.com
Kama Ayurveda - kamaayurveda.com
SAND Lifestyle Store
Smashing Cosmetica - smashingcosmetica.com

I have been treated dishonestly, disrespectfully, and I highly do not recommend if you want professional and honest representation for your business.

AYRPR IS the Epitome of Professionalism

#4UPDATE Employee

I would have to strongly DISAGREE with this person's post. As an employee of Au Yeong Read and Associates for nearly a year I have never been treated with anything but professionalism. Both directors have always been only a phone call or an email away whenever I have had a question or needed their assistance. I happen to know personally that Sara is highly respected and trusted by her staff, clients she represents and clients she and her sales team service. Her name is highly respected within the cosmetics and beauty industry and has helped me several times with just getting my foot in the door with possible sales accounts.

I do not know the details of the contract in question but if it is like mine then it is more than fair.

To me this post seems juvenile, irresponsible and vindictive. Not only is she/he slandering this company's name but is also involving the names of other companies needlessly. This post just goes to show that this person is obviously not mature enough to work successfully on their own with little or no supervision which is what is required when working on a 100% commission basis. Ultimately the only thing this person has succeeded on is discrediting them selves and demonstrating their lack of professionalism.

I presently am working with AYRPR as an independant sales contractor. AYRPR has been nothing but fair to me and I have had extremely professional dealings with everyone who works there and am offered help whenever I ask for it or need it. I am not sure of this posters specificcontract, however, all clauses in my contract have been adhered to by the director of the company.

This is a purely sales job, and is 100% commission. You get what you give, if you don't give, you don't get. Of all of the accounts they have that I have spoken to, they are very satisfied with the service they receive from Sara and everybody else at AYRPR and are overjoyed to be dealing with this vibrant company.

I don't know the vitals of this posters contract with AYRPR, but I do know that I have been treated with nothing but respect and professionalism with this company. I was shocked when I read this because I have never seen the arguing back and forth that the poster has commented on and anything else I have needed to get my job done, has always been provided to me as soon as I ask. Sara does mention her accomplishments within the beauty industry because that is what a PR firm, sales and a consulting business are based on. If you don't use your connections and accomplishments, then the business will have no chance to flourish. I find it necessary to again express that the dealing I have had with AYRPR, I have seen nothing other than professionalism and exceptional guidance from a Beauty industry leader.

I truly hope that this poster finds another company that meets up to her expectations, but as a 100% commissioned salesperson, there is a general expectation that there will be some money out of pocket as it is like your own business. I know that I am respected and treated well with AYRPR and will continue with my career there.

I have found a report posted by an ex-employee on your site. Report: #292419

I understand this site is for consumers and by no means this person is a consumer to our company. If you read her subject line, there is a part it says DOES NOT COVER EXPENSES'. Explain to me how a company ever compensate their consumer expenses? Clearly this is a ex-employee vs. ex-employer case and it is not a valid posting. Besides, I have no clients in Red Deer Alberta with any complaints before nor have I hired anyone from that area either.

I feel sorry for this ex-employee of ours for making up an alias to express her dissatisfaction especially when she was let go for not meeting our expectations.

If you need further info, please contact me.
