Complaint Review: Auction Work At Home

In Feb. 2009 I purchased a work at home from the company that sent me an email regarding their work the company name is Auction Work at home

it was advertised for 197.00 however I paid 99.00 which was the discount

they advertised that could include education and certification in the auction work I spoke to the company Feb 23. 2009 to a service rep by the name of Roman and he explained that, phone number 1-800-714-1074 represented many companies for the work at home. He advised me that their was no teaching of the company and no certification all the did was send items to be sent by me to ebay and tryand get them sold.

I was totally concerned as that was a missresentation that I was sent by the company however he told me to go on line and follow the steps and if I had problems call back.

I did the steps and called tonight to have my money refunded as the site was not working for me.
However I spoke with a service rep. by the name of Bryan #341 and he told me I was totally wrong and that I had not paid for Action work at home but Free grant and it was in December 2008 I explained that this was not correct and I paid i Feb 2009 for Auction work at home and he called me a liar.

Also told me that the company had refunded my money in December 2008

I told him again that I did not that and the bank took the money out of the account by the visa in Feb 2009 for Auction work at home

I am so discusted by these companies that take your money and do not refund as that is their policy. However tonight is enough I want my money back

this Guy Bryan say that the phone number I called is for Free Grant and I had to call the number for Auction work at home the number he gave me was the number I called and got him he hung up.

Please Please help I am so tired of these people that take your money and run

I have lost my money by trying to work from home as I have had a car accident and no longer can work as a nurse and teacher.

I have tried earnestly to get a job on line but have lost a lot of money trying

however tonight is enough I need help to get my money back
