I bought a truck through Auctiontime and their seller robbed batteries out of it. I also bought a feed bunk I paid for august 4th. After I got rid of my livestock and no longer needed it, he delivered the feedbunk and 2 old batteries that don't hold a charge. In NOVEMBER. The worst part though, is their terrible bidding system. The website literally tells you when you have matched another bidders max bid. So anyone who puts in max bids, better plan on paying the max.

Their sellers have fake accounts that they bid from. I watched this seller bid up the truck that I bought $500 in $100 increments to stop after exactly tying my bid. I also have video of this happening on another auction from the same seller. They are con artists and jack the bids up where they get more commision and so does Auctiontime. Auctiontime is a terrible company with very sketchy sellers. Buyers beware.

When I reached out to them for help and brought up these concerns, they use the excuse that they aren't selling the item and the dispute is between me and their seller who didn't respond or answer his phone for 3 months. Then when I get on BBB and file a complaint, them and him both get in touch with me. Well their lousy attorney at least.

So it's BS that they aren't involved with their sellers and they do coach them to bid up to the highest max bid. My advice would be to use BigIron or a legitimate auction company over these scammers. If you must buy something from them, don't ever put in a max bid because that's what it will sell for 100% of the time.
