AUDEW Company claims it does not sell charge cord used to power the pump. Says order number required
I bought a pistol grip rechargeable tire inflator on Amazon. It works fine. I lost the charge cord included with the original purchase. I contacted Audew 3 times asking where I can buy another charge cord. Replies included: we must have order number; we do not sell parts to customer. The owners manual makes no mention of how to replace any parts. I can't get a reasonable reply.
Obviously they have the parts necessary to complete construction. What the hell is wrong with these people? They carry a wide array of electronic items. I bought a different brand to solve my practical issue. Worst customer service I encountered in my 73 years.
