Complaint Review: Audi North Scottsdale

I purchased a car from Audi North Scottsdale with a high monthly payment and was promised both by the salesman and the sales and finance manager that they would put me into a new deal with a better interest rate and payment after 6 months. 6 months later I called them and was told a new lie everyday for 2 months. The sales man assumed because I was a woman I would not understand the buisness behind the deal. He refused to explain to me why he could not keep his promise. I was promised a several times by the sales manager that the issue would be "taken care" of, but was never called back. Time after time. When I confronted the sales man over the phone about his lies and lack of effective communication, he hung up the phone and refused to speak to me.
