Audible.com sells the Diamond Rio listening device that offers wonderful potential for listening to music or spoken content downloaded from the web . Unfortunately the device is shipped without directions for use. Online help is spotty at best and advertised customer service phone help doesnt return calls.

Therefore customers who have spent $250 for the device are left to figure out how to use it by trial and error. In six weeks I have figured out a few things on my own, but bugs in their site now dont even allow downloads. Has anyone figured out how to use the Diamond Rio 500 or how to get this company to respond? Would appreciate help. Don McCrery
