Audio File Ripped me off Jacksonville Florida
I was driving away from an atm machine when a guy in a white Chrysler van pulls up and aks me if I want to buy some home theater speakers. I was intrigued so I pulled up next to him, looked at the boxes all sealed up professionally. I went to the bank withdrew $500 to give this guy thinking what a great deal!
He showed me the little flyer showing the value and I had heard of the company before so I took the bait. I did get his license plate # and my brother and sister are both cops so I'll track it down hopefully. I'm at work looking up the model numbers to see what kind of deal I got, only to find out I got scammed. My gut instinct told me to tell the cop at the bank and go to work but, like others, I was duped. Oh well live and learn - I only spent a day's pay. Thank god it wasn't my mortgage money!
