This two persons one white and one hispanic, driving by in a white Van appraoched me with an offer to buy a subwoofer system that according to them retailed for 1299.00. The white guy showed a magazine from Audiofile (same brand as what they had) and said he could sell this to me for 600.00. After I seemed interested he said the reason was they worked for a company and had gotten one extra box loaded into the van, they did not want to bring it back to the company. He said they prefer to get some money out of it. He asked me what could I pay him for the system,

I said $250.00. He sounded as if it was to little and even said he would give it to me for that price if I bought him beer next time I saw him.

The system is a cheap system that sounds worse than a regular speaker. It is not worth even a $100.00 this is a scam ripoff for us who trust others. I purchased this on Queens Blvd and 67th RD. If you see someone in a white van selling Audiofile Home Theater system (RUN AWAY) it's a scam. Yeah the speakers work but they are not what they make it to be !!! Not worth the $$$$
