Audiofile rip off scam San Diego California
I was at a gas station when two guys pulled up next to me in a black SUV (Florida plates CA17U) and gave me the fake story. At first I resisted and they were about to leave when one came and offered a lower price than what they originally asked for. He was practically shoving the speakers into my trunk before I could say anything. So I got ripped $260. I haven't even tried these speakers yet. I just searched online to see if these speakers are legit and unfortunately came to this site.
Can I file a police report or anything? Is what they did technically illegal? I'd be more than happy to offer these speakers as evidence if it'll stop what's happening.
