Well actually after the ordeal, the fast talking sales man, the three men in a van and the whole fake flier thing i too realized that it was probably a scam. Well a scam I fell for hook line and sinker. After reading all the reports I doubt I will even try to hook them up out of sheer disappointment and a feeling of stupidity for burning 200 dollars that I really can't afford right now.

They talked a smooth game and one guy even assured me while i was at the ATM buy placing his hands on my shoulders that was rather disturbing. It was blue van full of boxes of speakers and he gave the normal spiel that someone had ordered way to many and they were prepaid so they weren't accounted for. He showed me the flier saying they were worth $1200 some odd dollars for the pair. We proceeded to haggle and got him down to $200.

I opened one of the boxes just to make sure that the merchandise was there. It seemed fine, they seemed like good looking speakers and it didn't seem like anything was missing at all. I asked if they were refurbished or anything to that sort and he replied that they were brand new. I proceeded with the purchase and they went on there way.

I checked online 4 hours later and found this site and obviously know that i got duped. They were driving in a blue van, 2 male Caucasians and a Hispanic/white man who claimed to be from Boston and had a pretty good accent. So shady. I hope the whole ring is brought down for this.
