Complaint Review: Audiophile Liquidator

My friend (who lives in Sweden) purchased Electronic Equipment from the webstore audiophileliquidator and had it shipped to me (US address), but they only delivered half of the order according to below:
2 x Sonance VIRTUOSO P800D
2 x Sonance S621SSTR
2 x Sonance Symphony Extreme XSSTR

We are still missing:
1 x Sonance CRK20 Rock peak(pair)Granite Color
9 x Sonance Symphony S622TR

They claim that they have delivered all the goods with UPS which is not true. The size of the boxes delivered shows that this is obvious and I have also taken picture of the boxes and the tracking numbers (which we have sent to audiophileliquidator):
2 boxes: 54 x 41 x 18 (cm)
2 boxes: 18 x 29 x 29 (cm)
2 boxes: 28 x 22 x 28 (cm)

Both I and my friend are trying to call them every day and if we get hold of them they just say that everything is delivered and hang up and they don't respond to emails even when sent through their website.

Unfortunately my friend paid by wiring money from her bank in Sweden to their account instead of paying with credit card. This is a real scam and you feel quite helpless. Total value of order is: $3,787.04
The people we have been in contact with is Steve Myers and David Cooper.
