AudioVisual & fx Ripped me off. Lied Lied Lied St Kilda Internet
I purchased a Behringer NU3000 DSP Amplifier from Bruno Rafaele, the Proprietor from Audio Visual & FX on Oct 2 2015 via phone.
Now, nearly 3 months later I STILL haven't received the amp even though he has taken the full price off my Visa Card.
Bruno Rafaele has lied to me repeatedly from the outset and although I chose to stay civil during the ongoing ph calls, it has done me no good!
He has taken my civility as weakness!
He has just lied lied and lied.
Told me he has sent it off on at least 4 different occasions but, I STILL haven't received the amp and he has never sent me an invoice or a Freight advice.
After 2 weeks of asking questions he just blocked my calls and emails and refuses to answer.
Do NOT do business with these guys!
Absolute lying P*****s!
