Complaint Review: Augusta precious metals

Augusta precious metals sent them $ 145,000.00 from my simple IRA to buy gold, ended up with $72,000.00 in gold in my account in 2016 and gold has gone up in price

It appears, but I'm not positive that Augusta Precious Metals charged me about twice what the going spot price was for the gold coins that are in my account at Kingdom trust, who is holding the coins for me. beware I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. I'm 71 and I don't have away to make this up. I thought i was protecting my small IRA.

I have a similar experience as an earlier author in regards to Augusta Precious Metals. I purchased what I thought was $30K of silver in Feb of 2017 when silver was abouy $17/ounce.

I was curious as to the value of my purchase this year so I requested a quote from APM to sell. It came back that I'd recieve approximately $31K. I was shocked as silver was at $26/ounce at time of quote. Guess I really didn't know what I got when I thought I bought $30k in silver in 2017.

Looks like I got about $15K in silver and $15K in "fees". I got a simple quote to sell the first time I asked. I didn't execute then (about a month ago) when I asked for a quote on 2-18 I was sent a "Transaction Agreement" to sign which personally to me felt gestapo like. Not sure where I'll end up in my investment but I know I'll never do business again with Augusta Precious Metals and I would never recommend them to anyone.
