Augusta Reservation Systems Inc Had 90 days to find us a place on Hilton Head - 2 weeks before vac they told they could not find anything. Martinez Georgia

We put in for vacation in the 90 day requirement. We kept calling to see where our confermation was and she said we would have it next week. Then we find out she had been out and someone else was suppose to take our account over.

3 weeks before we are to go on vacation, they call to say they can not find anything. They would keep trying. Never once did they call back.

We called again and they said they found something but we would have to go on a different week.

We had to call them and we are still calling them 4 days before out of town family is suppose to be in Hilton Head.

Today we have called 5 times and have been given the run around. Every one you ask for is not there at the moment or on the phone or leave your name and phone number and they will contact you.

The vacation has been paid for and they excepted my check for the update and prime time.

But as of 11:20 on 8/12/08 we still have no place to stay on Hilton Head.
