Complaint Review: Aunt Jeni's Home Made

On February the 28th 2005 an order for tripe for my dog was placed. I was told my order would ship March 1st of 2005. Upon receiving my order, I realized I was shipped the wrong product. I was unable to contact them the same day because they were closed for the day. On March 4th 2005, I contacted Aunt Jeni's Home Made to make them aware of their shipping error.

I was told they made no error because they hadn't sold tripe in over a year. I asked why it was still listed on the site as available. Since the time I have spoken to them, they have posted that tripe is no longer available for sale. Funny thing is they have it dated February 1st. If the properties menu is queried, it shows they just made the change today (March 4th).

This is unfair! If they no longer carried tripe, why was I sent anything? I would definitely avoid dealing with this company at all cost! If they make a mistake; it's your fault.
