Complaint Review: Aura Stem Carlsbad California

Ok  Gang,

 So I thought I was smarter than this....

 I paid for and recieved a trail size sample of a wrinkle cream.  Now  noting it said if I didnt cancel  with in 2 weeks I would be charged a monthly fee.  I recieved my sample and used it and it broke my face out bad. I am 56 years old and would rather keep my wrinkles than have a blood red rash all over my face.

I called the 866 number from original purchase of shipping costs because there was absolutely no contact information on packing slip.   I canceled the future shipments  via phone and thought this was done with.

Well my next credit card statement had 2 charges for products i had never recieved  to the tune of $173.51 

Again I called the 866 number to be told "They"  the company had Never recieved my cancellation  Yeah Right.

I have now called my Credit Card Company  and disputed these charges  Now I'll sit back a wait and see what happens next  What a Scam These people are.  girls  keep your wrinkles  Im sure you earned every one of them  this company is peddaling Snake Oil to separate you from your Dollars
