Complaint Review: aura vie

I was bery disapponted in the product and calked tjem srveral times to get a refumd. The last time i called they said i was too late to get a refumd even after i told them i called several times before. I didnt kow my free offer was the one i had to return. I ws waiting for anotjer delivery. When i waz chatged 97.88,the rep to.d me the free sampe was only for shipping and handling. I cancelled any further shipments.when i called back again for the third, i was told i was too late for a full refu nd.they would send me a partial refund of 39.00. That eas on 1/20/14. On 1/30/14, i called again and was told the refund was approved and i should co tact my bank. The bank said if i didnt receive it by 2/3/14, they will do a dispute form. I will never do nusiness with tjis company ever agai n.they sre a bunch of crooks.  They told me i needed to read the small print. What a ripoff
