AuraVie Charged me $97.88 without my authorization for what was advertised as a "RISK FREE" trial Van Nuys California
I received a a choice of a free gift sample for completing a survey. I chose AURAVIE for my free sample. I received an invoice noting I paid the $4.95 postage. Then another charge, neither ordered, received, authorized, or invoiced appeared on my credit card statement for $97.88. The invoice I did receive stated 3 products, Renew ( a cleanser), Revive ( an anti-aging serum) and Replenish ( a night cream). Nothing labelled or stated as a "MASK" was received, or ordered yet the credit card charge stated it was for a "MASK". The invoice I did receive stated that the items received were a "risk free trial" and only the $4.95 was due and paid in full. AuraVie has refused to refund the $97.88. This is a serious scam company and needs invesitgation. It already has over 300 complaints. Time to get the attorney general involved.
