AuraVie Scam , rip off, Free trial period is not Free, it will cost you hundreds of dollars!! Van Nuys, California
AuraVie is a rip off company that offers a free trial period to become acquainted with their skin care line of products. They state that you can cancel within the trial and not be charged. They lie. I tried to cancel and was still charged nearly $100.00. Their customer service is rude and inflexible. I am forced to change my credit card number, as I am afraid they may try to make additional unauthorized charges on my account.
Furthermore, their product has damaged my skin. within a few days of use my skin was extremely dry, and was peeling like a severe sunburn.

I've found a safe thing to do when ordering from an unknown/new company that it's best to use virtual credit card numbers.
My credit card company allows me to place a shortcut on my screen that allows a one time card number to be generated. This virtual card also allows me to limit the amount of the transaction and the length of time the number is valid.
I just placed an order with a new vendor for $38 and used the virtual card limited to $40 and 5 days.
IF the company declines it, I would know they plan on charging me more either then or in the future.
This happened to me about a year ago...I placed an order and they declined it, they WERE out to scam people. Good luck.
