I saw an advertisement for AuraVie Skincare onthe internet, which made you look younger. I left the site & turned off computer, due to emergency, & did not "click" to complete sale. Someone from their company called & told them to try their product for only $4.95, & took my credit card information (they would not take American Express, so I gave them a Mastercard # as requested). I thought this was high pressure selling, but since they assured me that I just had to pay for shipping, I thought I would try it. They said I could call their customer care number 24/7. I tried calling, but found out they are not available 24/7 & have lengthy waits by phone. The product dried out my skin. I finally found an internet site where I could email them, & left a message that I wanted to cancel any future orders. I called twice just to make sure they got my email. They were belligerent, & unprofessional both times. I was told that just going into their site, even if I did not click the final sale, the sale was made & complete regardless. They said I knew the terms & conditions since I went into their site, so they could not cancel the order & charge of $97.88 (They very cleverly named the charge on my credit card "DMA8669826218", & notice they do not name it "AuraVie". I point this out because my credit card would not remove anything yet, because the charge is pending & they could not tell where "DMA" came from). I asked the second time I called "AuraVie" what the DMA was, & they said it was a nutrient they used. I asked for the address to send the product back & they ignored what I said, & screamed that I could not send it back. (I sent it back on May 22, 2012 anyway to the address on the box.) The second rep I was given the terms & conditions. When I said I wasn't, he said that he was going to check the recorded call with the lady that talked to me to see if she  had given them to me. If that means they can charge my credit card $97.88 without my permission, then they are greatly mistaken, I never said this to them. I filed a complaint to the attorney general of CA. I actually live there, but am caring for my newborn & 1 yr. old grand daughters in another state. I think other people should know that AuraVie Company is taking advantage of a senior citizen. I plan to let as many people know about them as I can.  Mary, Gaithersburg, Maryland
