Ordered a trial order for $4.95 and did not see anything about them continuing shipments. Fine grey area saying if you did not cancel they would send monthly shipment for $99.97. Was in hospital and did not get product to use before they sent me next shipment and charged my credit card. Requested to return without even opening the box. Should not have right to automatically charge your card without request to receive product.

That's their fine print which is legal. Yes, it is sneaky but legally is not a rip off because you have a window to make it work for your own advantage. It is your responsibility regardless your condition during the grace period. It does not matter you opened the box or not. The word "receive" does not mean not opening the box, but it means it comes into your possession (i.e. in your house) and you acknowledge it regardless you touch it or not. Even you do not consent about how it gets into your house, knowing it is in your house and keep it also means in your possession.
