Complaint Review: AuraVie Skincare

I had a brain stroke and could not contact them by phone so instead contacted on their chat and by email. I wrote on each of the 2 aDDITIONAL SHIPMENTS "dELIVERY REFUSED" AND THAD THEM RETURNED. tHEY WANT YOU TO CALL AND GET A rma NUMBER BEFORE YOU RETURN BUT i DIDN'T HAVE THAT OPTION. I have asked no more be sent. They just want to slow you down until they can bill you and I think the debit card I used has been cancelled and they cannot charge me - no charges have come through. This is a scam with tiny fine print aimed at older women. They promise a RISK FREE sample kit. The riusk is a lifetime of $94 a month charges for some real crappy cosmetics. The cream blocks your pores, causes breakouts and make syou sweat. The cleanser doesn't even trmove makeup. The serum does nothing. I don't know where they got their before and after pictures, possible from someone who had surgery. TERRIBLE products. Not worth the shipping and handling. If they keep sending them to me I'm going to keep refusing delivery. If there's any way to get them from targeting old women please help. Thanks - Jacquelyn in Dallas, TX
