I thought I was alone in being mislead and taken advantage of by Aurora Loan Services. My mother did some research and discovered that there are many victims with similar experiences of the unfair lending practices that Aurora Loan Services has continued to use in taking advantage of their customers. I have read many stories on this website as well as other websites and know that the only way to move forward is to file a class action lawsuit.

I believe that being upset is a waste of time and the only way to get ALS to pay attention to the continued mistreatment of their customers is to take action. Unfortunately, this website does not allow email addresses to be posted so I have no way to contact the people posting their experiences. If anyone is interested in being a part of the class action lawsuit against Aurora Loan Services please contact me.

My email is through yahoo and my ID is (((email redacted))). I hope those interested will understand the way I have identified my email address as to not get it remove from the posting. I will also try to include it in the posting but I'm not sure if the site will remove it or not.

New Class Action Against Aurora Loan Services

#11Consumer Comment

Fri, August 20, 2010

Aurora Loan Services LLC may have deceived homeowners into workout agreements that gave them false hope of avoiding a default on their mortgages, according to a new lawsuit These workout agreements allegedly duped homeowners into paying tens of thousands of dollars for months on end while the company purported to work on their behalf to secure loan modifications.

I work with attorneys at HBSS who represent homeowners in California in a class action suit against Aurora Loan Services. If you believe you were deceived by Aurora Loan Services, you should contact them at hbsslaw.com/aurora.

.If you have been a victim of Auroras unfair lending practices, then you may be eligible to join a california class action lawsuit. Our lawsuit is geared towards auroras breach of contract. Namely, putting their clients on trial modifications to accept mortgage payments and then foreclosing with little or no notice. If this sounds like something that has happend to you or someone you know, please do not hesitate to email us at aurorascam@gmail.com

I won't go into detail here. Suffice it to say that I also went on an odyssey of deception with said lender/service company. This lecherous bunch led me to believe a loan mod was imminent and even had me submitting paperwork to them as late as a week before the foreclosure sale. I only found out I'd been foreclosed on when I called to inquire about my loan mod status. They had the audacity to apologize and tell me that my property had been sold the day before. Wow, even as I write this I can't believe anyone could be so souless. Anyway, class action? Yeah, I'm in. I can be reached at (((Redacted))) Best wishes to all of you who have been betrayed by these arthropods.

I am been doing tons of research and found the only way we can achieve some type of resolution is the obvious a class action lawsuit. I am currently in discussions with a large firm that deals with these types of cases. I will be posting the name of the firm in the next few days in the hope that we can obtain enough parties to get this moving forward as a class action suit.

Please monitor this site so you too can get involved.

My name is Carlos Arvizu Jr. You can google me and find my contact information easy.  I am a realtor who works for Prudential.  I was on my fourth payment with Aurora when they sent me a letter thanking me for my payments and that I had complketed the trial payment plan successfully and that a more permanant plan was in the works for me.  2 weels later an agent knocks on my door saying my home had been foreclosed on.  I am in a middle of a law suit with Aurora and my first cout date is tomarrow where I have to prove I have a legitamate law suit.  If my name is deleted from this please look up prudential realestate in covina. My first name starts with a C and my last name starts with an A.  I think I am not alone.

Another victim of Aurora Loan Services Predatory Practice

#11REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, December 26, 2009

Hello Nichole in Oakland,

I too have been trying to get enough victims together for 3 months now and have not found a reputable firm or enough complainants to file a class action.

I too was defrauded and my million dollar home was taken out from under me with Aurora's stall and BS techniques.

I don't know how we can do this to get the word out so we can join an existing or start our own but I really want to pursue this company and get some justice.

Aurora Loan Mod scam

#11Consumer Comment

Sun, December 13, 2009

Hi,

I'm interested in the class action lawsuit. I've been on their trial plan twice since May 2009. On the end of the first one - they lost my docs?! On the end of the second one they told me that my investor declined it because my house is up side down (I owe more than what the house is worth). I called my investor & they started an investigation and recommened I called HUD. So I did, the rep told me that what Aurora says doesn't make any sense. He want over my numbers as well and told me that he doesn't see a reason why i would be declined.

They are bunch of liers & scam artists!!!

I need all the help i can get. I lost my job in March 2009 & had a baby in July 2009. I have 3 kids all together. I can't give up.

How many people do we need to start class action lawsuit?
