Aurora Loan Services Going to lose my house.... Scottsbluff, Nebraska
Well I wish I had seen the reports on here prior to where I have gotten with this company. Long story short, FEMA rezoned my area and Aurora demanded flood insurance on the property which they went ahead and got their own policy before me. They charged me in excess of $2,000 for thier own insurance at the same time my own policy was being issued through a separate company. I had this removed, but they are saying that I still owe them $500 for the time that the insurance was on my account through them even though I had my own insurance set up.
Now they have "estimated" my new yearly taxes saying that they have increased to the point that my escrow account is now $265 more dollars a month which that have conveniently added and spaced out over the remainder of this years payments. Add that to the $500 in insurance, which has also been spread out over the rest of the year and my house note has gone up $400 a month. Seeking legal advice now...Hope all the rest of you do the same!!!
