Complaint Review: Aurora at Summerfield 844.390.2059

I need to share this important message to renters or potential renters out there. I lived at Aurora at Summerfield there is countless roaches, Mice and bugs. The first day I moved in there I was bitten by fleas that were a result of the apartment never cleaning the carpets nor replacing them from previously tenants who had dogs/cats. In addition, I was breathing bad air quality due to mold and roach droppings throughout the apartment. I brought it to the attention to management Stephanie Twarowski and she never did anything.

They abuse the laws that are in place to protect tenants in Aurora at Summerfield. I always get the run around as to why they didn't take any action. I have bite mark throughout my body from the fleas. If anyone out there needs proof of what I went though you can contact me. I have all the email communication with the apartment about the bugs and mold. Also, how Stephanie Twarowski management wouldn't help me when I had flea bites all over my body. I have the pictures to prove everything. I just want to help potential renters to make a informed decisions and to make it clear that you should never rent from Aurora at Summerfield.
