Complaint Review: Aurorabear Entertainment - Jennifer Quilles

I purchased a set of books from Aurorabear Entertainment aka Jennifer Quiles through EBay. I paid for my item through my checking account on September 24.

On October 4, 2004, I emailed and asked where my item was. I was told that it had been mailed off. One reason why I emailed so early is because during that week after I paid I received TWO packages that I also purchased at the same time though EBay from HONG KONG.

I got their packages within 3 days.

So I waited a little while longer. I went out of town for a week or so, came back expecting to have my package. It wasn't here.

I contacted this woman several times through leaving emails as well as well as leaving several messages on her voicemail. It was all null and void because she never responded to any of my messages.

Today is December 3, 2004, and I still have not received my item nor my money. And frankly I do not want the item. But I do want to let people know about AURORABEAR ENTERTAINMENT AND JENNIFER QUILES. She is someone who cannot be trusted.

If you purchase Ebay, be very careful. Not everyone has good intentions. And oh, by the way her screen name is BCARDS 101. But you do not have to worry about her for awhile, she is no longer a member....too many negatives against her. (I was not the only one she done this to.)
