Complaint Review: Austin Regional Clinic Doctor Albert J Wong

Anderson Mill Regional clinic and Doctor Albert J Wong are the worst health providers I have ever dealt with in my life.  I requested that the Doctor Wong's nurse call me in reference to a prescription I needed filled. The nurse was extremely rude throughout the conversation and when I asked to speak to Doctor Wong he refused.  I sent in a complaint via their website about how I was treated by the nurse thinking that Doctor Wong cared about his patients and would try to resolve the issue.  Instead he ignored the request and sent a letter to the house refusing to see my family because we complained.  Avoid this clinic and Doctor if you want to be treated with respect and dignity as a patient while receiving decent customer service.
