austin's collision solution, Eli Zaplata did not repair automobile and refused to return insurance money advanced to him to purchase parts ausitn, Texas
i took my car to eli zapata, austin's collision solution in february 2012 to have a minor repair that mr. zapata said would take about 3 days; he asked me to endorse the insurance check over to him so he could buy the parts needed for repair; at the end of march, the car was not repaired, mr. zapata promised to return the insurance money; he did not and has not done so; i retrieved my car and took it to a reputable repair serice where it was prompltly repaired- the new repair service told me nothing had been done on my car.
i have notified the proper authorities and have begun civil litigation. i would welcome any assistance or participation by anyone who has also had a bad experience with mr. zapata.
