Complaint Review: Austin Sports Arena

My kids have been playing hockey at ASA for quite a while.  Since the first of the year, things we were promised in return for league fees never happens.  The new person who runs hockey, Veronica, doesn't care about the kids.  The long time coach is gone, refusing to work with her.  Free practices, which we were promised, are gone.  Season end pizza parties with trophies and awards are gone.  The owner, Tim Medina, refuses to return calls or emails.  We spend quite a bit of money on hockey, and our kids are disappointed that we will no longer allow them to play inline thanks to the poor customer service and broken promises of Veronica and Tim.  I did recently find a record for him on the Williamson County website.  Turns out he is a convicted felon for burglary.  Once a thief, always a thief!
