Austin Zamarripas is a young very convincing scammer that uses CANCER yes CANCER to steal your home from you. This human being is severely mentally disturbed will lie to you all the way to the end. Austin scammed us and defrauded us for thousands of dollar in lost rent and damages (his 2nd victim in San Antonio) by telling us he was just diagnosed with liver cancer (very sad) and it turns out last year he was diagnosed and is now in remission but he's using this to pull on your heart strings to steal your home.
He told us he needed our house in 2 days because he was moving from a home that he was scammed into buying (all turned out to be lie). We moved everything out of our house in 1 day and he gave us the screen shot of his wire he sent us. All good right, wrong....the wire number was fake! And day after day it was one lie after another, it turns out he has no money he did not win A lawsuit for 6 million dollars, his bank statements are fake he's been using them for almost a year now.
Every time we try to meet he is in the hospital (which we believed until we went to bring him flowers and he had made it up!). We talked to his mother Gevevieve Villanueva and his Step Father Alfred who told us about their son's severe lying problem he's not getting chemo treatments he has a failed landscape business and lost custody of his young baby.
He is a professional scammer and fraudster of the highest degree, he left a dog alone in our house changed the locks until we got the police involved. We are working with the police in San Antonio we are the second owners he scammed if anyone else has been a victim of Autsin Zamarripas please email us right away. He tied the last people’s house up for 2 months with thousands in damages.

i need the email to whoever is working on his case so i can also make my claim. He took a garage full of remodeling materials gave us 2 fake checks. His dad and mom came with him and helped him load up saw him give me the fake check!

The parents are also scammers Alfredo his step dad filed social security for alledgedly being disabled unable to walk and the mom said she has a severe back injury yet also lives off of social security his mom.
Also taught him to lie when he was just a young a boy telling him to lie against his own father so she could get the child support I'm sorry but she created him this way she makes tamales does yard work and so does Alfred so they are all liars bad part is their other kids work for police departments and city so their goes that they are all liars and scammers ..

Margo this is low you are attacking a man the his helping me raise my child and lets get something crsytal clear you are theif you took a $4000 check from me it cleared then you tried to get another $2000 on top of that, we stopped payment after coming to see the house you had not packed a single box. We knew something SHADY was going on and this is more than a civil matter you theif. The district attorney has my file and the police you know what's coming!
