I ordered the package for state quarters plus the display map in 1999. I received the map and first set of quarters, the 2000 and 2001 quarters but did not receive quarters for 2002. I paid to receive quarters through 2008. Now I can't find any word of the company, that apparently has split with my money. Sandra Pensacola, Florida

First Quarters Map automatic coin deliveries now being handled by Telebrands, a different processing company

I kept the original packing slip that came with my First Quarters Map in July 2000, because it contained an 800 number for the customer satisfaction department (800-777-4034). I have moved since I bought the map and the automatic coin shipment program, and I successfully called that number in 2001 to give them my new address. I DID receive my coin shipment for the 2001 quarters on time in early 2002, so they processed my address change correctly back in 2001.

Today I called the customer service phone number once again because I am moving again, and it goes to "The Invention Channel" customer service department. Once I got a rep. on the line, she informed me that the 2002 coin shipments (scheduled to be delivered in early 2003) are delayed because AAC has switched to Telebrands (apparently a separate division of The Invention Channel) for the servicing of the First Quarters Program.

Their number is 973-227-8777.
(Sorry, the rep did not have an 800 number). I held for a rep in Customer Service for a while at that number, but then decided to call back. An automated hold message indicated that they are experiencing high call volume in regards to their "Better Pasta Pot". I plan to call back. Please inform Sandra from Pensacola, FL, of the new customer service number for Telebrands. This may also be of help to others who don't know how or when they'll get their remaining 2002-2008 state quarters. Thank you.
