Complaint Review: Authentic American Collectibles

Ordered two sets of commemerative state quarters, each year I have had to call to get the second set. This year when I tried to call it was no longer their number. The person who answered was very nasty.

I called the number that was listed for telebrands in one of the reports on your website, I was told to hold for the next available operator. I heard "thank you for your patience all agents are currently assisting other customers please hold for the next available agent" every 10 seconds for the next hour. I finally hung up.
