Authentic American Collectibles ripoff fraud! Did not receive state quarters installment and no way to contact the company. What to do next? Wallingford Connecticut
This company has not fulfilled their contract with me regarding the First State Quarters. When I did not receive this year's installment, I called CS number but was given another number to call with my complaint. I called 973-227-8777 (new number)and held for 30+ minutes with a recording repeating the message that they were all busy and the next available operator, blah, blah, blah. What is my recourse now - Better Business Bureau?
