Complaint Review: Authentic American

This was a prepaid item marketed by Telebrands who's Tel is 1-800-777-4034. When they are called and eventually answer they give you the # for the New Jersey location.

This we found out by calling Verizon as the telebrands operator did not know where this company was.

I tried 2 times to call and was on for over a half hour of being told to wait as they were busy with other customers. I finally gave up.

The 3rd time, my husband called using his cell phone on speaker mode and let it ring and ring until someone picked up. She looked up our file and said they would mail them out but we still have not received.

Call in the morning around 7-9 EST and let it ring. I plan to do this again and if I reach them... let them know of this site and the multitude of complaints against them.

I'm also planning on contacting the New Jersey State Attorney General's office and would encourage others here to do so also.
