I wrote a novel titled,"FATE is a DOUBLE CROSS" and sent it to 1st books library to publish it. They did publish for a heavy fee!

They tried to get me to buy more promotioal services, I declined.

The Novel is sold by major book dealers and is listed as best seller by many of them.

The dealers are wll known such as, Barnes & Noble Amazon.Com/Books Borders Books Books a million, Walden Books and so many more to numerous to mention here.

Used Copies signed are selling for as much as fifty dollars each. It is a great book, that would make a great film.

The books that have been sold, are not being credited to my account, we have had friends purchase the books and the I have not been paid for those purchases.

Quartly statements have not been sent to me as per contract. I have to call them in order to get a statement sent to me.

The statements do not show sales on books we know were sold through purchases made by friends.

I feel that I am not be credited for ALL the books that have been sold.

The books are sold on the internet by 1st books now known as Author House. and can be ordered directly through Author House by phone.

If you need more information regarding this matter please contact me.

only the use of math could place us all together

I am author power who created a possible ailment vs. a defiance of the judicial system. I believe it is mathematically impossible for both of use to experience the same type of problems unless human involvement or human interference was the cause. I believe it is the print on demand technology that is directly used against use as authors. We depend on them to put information on our royality reports. the industry needs to change. If we are to get a fair share of our success, then it needs to be an independant method of paying our royalities. If information could be loaded to create books, then our information could also be included as a safe guard to make sure the authors are paid for their work. We need independant regulators to make sure authors are paid fairly. This would keep all publisher honest.

When there exist no opportunity for publishers to experience risk, huge up front fees, no regulation on charges, and constant suggestions on the authors' spending money without a proformance test, then if money were the true motive, then we would probably experience a reality that is similar to what we are experiencing. There would be no regulators,  no true desire to create wealth to the authors, and their true since of purpose would be lost. It would create a public relationship problem such as ours. It is only a natural feed back for the company. Our success would not matter as much as the money upfront, and since our money creates instant success for the publishers by giving it to them, then it would not matter if we did not get a fair return on our investment. our future investments would be similar to Two chicken walking in a slaughter house. Our future royalites would be eaten right along with our desire to fight for what is right. We would lose our desire to live as authors. Most of use would prabably give up, and the next victim would replace us, and the process would start all over again. We both could see our book selling in a world that does not includes us. It appears that you and I were ment to fail on purpose. No matter how late you stayed up at night, wake up in the morning with good ideas, and no matter how good our book would become, we appear to have been pre-selected for food. Maybe there is some sort of equation that is used for some of us to determine who will be eaten, and who goes to the next level of survival. Not all the authors experience this type of meat grinding path or there company could not continue to exist. That is why I put we are the bones that are left over in my report. We are what is left over when all our meat is used up(money). There is no purpose for bones.  Only math could put two different people in the same place, and only math could create different people from different walks of life and place them on something with a crazy name like ripoff report. It is call subraction.

Better get a lawyer

I did a little research on the book and it seems to have received very good reviews. You should remain an author and for the business side of this, I would contact a lawyer immediately. This book appears to be successful and you should reap the benefits of your efforts rather than fighting with the company, let a lawyer do it.
