I APPLIED FOR MERCHANT ACCOUNT TO ONLY GET A DENIAL WHICH AFTER COME TO FIND OUT COMPANY IS USING BANK ACCOUNT INFO TO CHARGE FEE'S . I CALLED NICOLE LEE OVER 10TIMES IN 1 DAY ALONE AND YET SHE NEVER ANSWERED NEVER AND WHEN I SPOKE TO HER SUPERIOR THEY ASSURED ME ALL WOULD BE TERMINATED AND FEE'S STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE PROOF OF EMAIL STATING NOW 1 WEEK LATER CHARGES ARE STILL LOOKING TO GO THROUGH AND I HAVE NOW BEEN CHARGED OVER $100 IN FEES FROM MY BANK . AGAIN NICOLE DOESNT ANSWER HER NAME IS NICOLE LEE AS SHE SAYS CYBER AND AUTHNET AS SHE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,THIEF,ETC.. STAY AWAY SHE IS BAD NEWS
