Complaint Review: Authorize.Net

We have two online stores. After two months Authorize.Net were unable to provide a working payment gateway & dealing with them almost completely pout us out of business.  No one within the organisation responded to any of our pleas for help.  They are the most arrogant company I have ever dealt with.
 
Now that we have stopped using them, they completely ignore all our requests to close our accounts & continue to add fees to our credit card.  If you are looking for a company that provides payment gateway options, I would stay well away from Authorize.Net & Cybersource.  there is not one single person within their organisation who is remotely interested in helping you, including their CEO.  The CEO of CyberSource & the CEO of Authorize.Net both ignored my detailed complaints. 
 
We deeply regret having anything at all to do with them and it cost us tens of thousands of dollars.
