Authorizedusers.com Took Money and Ghosted me

I paid "Patrick" at Authorized users for a credit sweep with the plan of doing credit repair then buying tradelines. This was Sept. He said it takes 4-6 weeks and don't worry if nothing happens right away (which I agree with). 8 weeks later they have done nothing. I have credit monitoring on all three bureaus and no disputes, nothing.

I called patrick, nothing. Emailed, nothing. Called the customer service number and they say it's up to my agent Patrick. December - I email Rod@authorizedusers.com, chris@authorizedusers.com, tradelines@authorizedusers.com, and several other emails. If it comes from my email, no answer. If I send from a disposable email like a new customer, they answer. Same for all their phone numbers This money is gone

I had identified Authorizedusers as a problem.  As my initial report was being approved by Ripoff report (authorizeduser had no knowledge of my submittal), the team at authorizedusers were actually working behind the scenes and had implemented the intial steps of the agreed credit repair program.  

The followup was thorough enough with the credit bureaus I will be continuing with their services and utilizing them for additional tradelines as well.
