Auto Accessories Garage LLC Paid for front and rear floor mats for a 2024 Toyota Camry and received dirty and scuffed ones. Told to wipe them off. Told business to exchage mats or a complaint would be made. Business refused to send new ones and did not inform me about a refund. Frankfort IL

I ordered front and back Weather Tech mats for a 2024 Toyota Camry. The business asked for my military identification which was provided. The mats order was changed for a different color. I had to follow up on the order due to the business not informing me of the order. It took an extended period of time for the arrival. Upon receiving the mats they was dirty and scuffed as if they had been used or someone had previously refused the order. I informed the business I wanted to exchage the mats but instead they said wipe them off. The business because offensive during the exchange of via emails. I told them they would be reported if I didn't receive new mats. NAPA was sent a message questioning about the lack of response from the business for days. The business sent me an email stating they had refuned my monies. They refused to send new mats and got hostile when I stated I wanted new mats. The business refused to sell me new mats
