    I was sold a car from Auto Action on Feb 5th after my car broke down.  I needed to pay 1200 down payment that was broken up in two payments ($700 on the 5th and $500 two week later).  Before I left the lot the battery was dead and it did not have a rear view mirror.  I was told that night by Paul Chavez Jr my sales associate that I would get a new mirrior with in four days.  I stated having trouble with the car running and shacking after 50 MPH and shacking when breaking.  Also one week later the check engine light came on and when I went for my repair appiontment on the 21st they put the rearview mirrior on but couldn't fix anything else.  

    I attempted calling the dealership from February 6th through the 21st and never got anyone on the phone, I left over 30 messages for Paul Chavez on his cell and at the office.  I got a Account person (Maria) on the phone finally on the 22nd and she connected with Patrick the Sales Manager for the Glendale location.  After speaking with Patrick he asked me to come in on the 24th at 9am so he could trade my vehical for a new one.  I went in on the 24th at 9am and he had me wait for over 2 hours while he got a approval for the trade and and told me he got approval but I would have to wait until Tuesday the 1st and 10 am and they laft me waiting for 1 hour and told me that it couldn't be done anymore.  I am at a loss for words I have a 2 children and a wife and we are stuck now and they wont help us.

this is in regards to your comment and need help your not alone, the lady you talk ,, she is the same one my husband and i talk to , on friday, what i would do, is to make a full complaint, to their headquarters, and tell them about it, do not mess with them the dealer, they are just out for money, we had the same problem, with our dealer as will, if that does not work go to the tv state in your home state ,and tell them, also one last thing just incase that fails, to them to small claims courthouse and get a lawyer, from legal aide if you one there
