 I hired this company to do a prepurchase inspection of the vehicle that I was interested in. the transaction needed to be completed by Friday so I had called earlier in the week to get this scheduled. . I was first assigned to an inspector who was away on vacation several states away. I then called back to the company and they reassigned it to a gentleman by the name of Bill. Bill was very nice to speak with. He assured me he would get out immediately to look at the vehicle. Upon his inspection he called me and left me a voicemail telling me that the car was in great condition that there were a couple blemishes on the drivers door in the clear coat. The undercarriage looked good the car ran perfectly and it was a small tear in the driver seat. He further told me he was unable to send me the report or the pictures as he had to wait for his children to upload it because he did not know how. So taking him on his word of the condition of the vehicle I made the purchase to find out four days later when the car arrived via professional transporter that the car had been painted very poorly the run marks in the back of it were horrible, the exhaust system was perforated by rust and needs to be replaced from the engine all the way back. When I called to express my disappointment I was told to bad they did their job and it was my problem. I also said I did not receive my report as I contracted. Suddenly I received an email telling me the report was available more than a week after the car was delivered.
