Complaint Review: Auto Assure

Auto Assure Will not pay for engine repairs which is covered by my extended warranty through this company. Plano texas

Complaint Description:
Engine repairs needed that ARE covered by warranty, but warranty company REFUSES to cover, their reason is engine failed due to continued useage. Noticed a faint sound coming from my engine on Monday Aug 27th 2018. Within moments the faint noise went away. No lights or other warnings appeared anywhere.

I brought vehicle into rainbow Chevrolet the next day before noon for them to check it out & to perform an oil change that would be due soon. I've attached my oil change history and august diagnostic report to several emails.I was told a adjuster came out, took pictures& submitted them to your company. The service manager at Rainbow Chevrolet informed me that my warranty won't cover the engine repairs due to 'continuous usage'.

I'm not sure what that interpretation is to your company, but my warranty covers all what needs to be repaired according to my policy.I will not accept your refusal to cover the repairs that I am entitled to per my policy.I called the claims department at 866-590-8420 at 10:15am this morning.9/5/18. I spoke with Ashley. I asked for the status of my claim on my Avalanche. She read the Inspectors report to me. I asked for a copy of the report and she said it proprietary information that she could not supply me with it.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, she informed me she's not obligated to let me speak to him. I asked for supervisors name and contact #& email address, her reply was the same.I asked for her last name, same answer, she did give me her extension.Ext 1150. My avalanche has been very well kept/excellent condition, I've maintained it. It has 91,000 miles. I sent in the last 3 oil changes and diagnostic report that was done one 8/28 which showed NO SIGNS of issues what so ever.

I've sent in numerous emails to Kim, Matthew & customer service 'customerservice@autoassure.com', 'Claims@DealersAssurance.com',I logged into http://www.gotomycoverage.com/aboutus.aspx - to see my coverage and it shows my last warranty not my current warranty. I have been the only driver to my vehicle and I want your company to honor the warranty contract. I did not cause any neglect to my vehicle, it has been extremely well maintained.
