I would like to get your side of the story. How does one get a hold of you? If your business model is helping people buy cars at a more cost-effective price I get it. You need to set it up where people can email you and have a chat with you about what they're looking for your website prevents them from doing that. Can somebody go to your website and have an area where they can contact you and not talk about what they're exactly looking for?

The contact page should allow them to be able to email you.
