Complaint Review: Auto Care Now

On the 6th of July I ordered an Engine from this company Paid over $1,000 dollars with shipping,with a promise of a 7 day turn around at the extream since it was coming out of the Jackson St.Pete area and i in Fort Myers.All started well then one week and a day 1 called which was on the 15TH talked to them and was told and i Quote (Having probleums getting the engine out) Now i still was not to concerned since this is a Beast of an engine and no easy task.Now enters week 3 and the no answers begin.Called talked to no less than 3 people ont he 21ST,Know one could or would give me an answer?!!! They said they would look in to this and call me back!?"Ha no calls no e-mails my mechanics shop has called ,left msg's no calls back,our e-mails go ignored !!!!            We are forced to call up the credit card company and file a complaint and start the refund process!!!! Now my car has been down 3 weeks and a hassle to boot.                  This company is a "RIP OFF" Donot use!!!!!
