On 9/6/04 my husband and I traded in our vehicle for a 1997 Chrysler Town & Country. As this was a used vehicle a 12 month warranty was offered. We have made several requests for the warranty papers, but have yet to receive them.

On the trade-in, we have also received calls from Ford stating that the payoff has not been received for the trade in. After many calls to get this taken care of and faxes sent to Mr. Kamyab the payoff was sent. I received a call from Ford on 11/30/04 stating that the check that was dated 11/8/04 was returned NSF.

Ford said that they need to get this resolved or my credit would be affected. Because the account had already been over 72 days past due, they really couldn't do anything. I received a call from Ford stating that they could not get in contact with Mr. Kamyab because he wouldn't take their calls.

On 12/01/04 they sent out a company to repossess the vehicle back. I am now facing negative credit problems and Ford is going to go after me for the payoff.
